Chiro Plus Marketing provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media management, content creation, and email marketing campaigns designed specifically for wellness centers.

2. Payment Terms

Fees for our services will be set out in the individual contracts or proposals provided to clients. Payment terms will be specified in each contract, including any recurring charges, one-time fees, and payment due dates.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials produced by Chiro Plus Marketing as part of the services provided, including graphics, text, website content, and campaigns, will remain the property of Chiro Plus Marketing until payment is received in full. Upon full payment, the client will be granted a license to use the materials for their business purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information related to business practices, client lists, and proprietary information confidential during and after the termination of the services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Chiro Plus Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our total liability under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms and Conditions and fails to correct the breach within a reasonable period.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation in the state of California. If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

9. Amendments

Chiro Plus Marketing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All amendments will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
